Cardio Boxing

Those classes are tailored for beginners to experience safely boxing training, learn fundamentals and feel the adrenaline that comes with the sweet science without the black eyes (there is no contact in this classes). 

In combination to get you there, along your boxing training we have implemented a functional training program mixed in the classes.

When you box your whole body is active, it requires muscle strength, speed, coordination and a tremendous amount of cardio.
