  • Are able to train Tuesday to Thursday at 7:00am, 5:15pm or 6pm, for 45 min?
  • Want to change your life?
  • Want to lose 3kg to 5kg?
  • Want to feel stronger and motivated?
  • Going to be able to follow a flexible nutrition plan that makes you lose fat and gain lean muscle?
  • Willing to commit to 3 days of training a week for 4 weeks with an experienced Personal Trainer?
  • Keen to have an experienced trainer helping you to achieve your goals?
