Ultimate Fitness Centre has created a 12 Week training regimen that will help you achieve your fitness goals.  

In this innovative program, you will be taken out of your comfort zone, develop self-discipline, flexibility, strength and endurance while being mentored by our qualified team of coaches.

You can choose your favourite activity from Boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ and Functional Training.

What’s included:

  • Initial Consultation: During the initial consultation our coach will identify you goals and devise an effective program to assist you to get there.   
  • Body Scan: “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it”. The Dexa Body Scan will measure important variables in your current body composition: water, muscle, fat and point out where they are.  We will use this information to help tailor your routine and monitor your progress.
  • Personal Training Sessions: You are not alone, our qualified and experienced coaches will provide you with encouragement, knowledge and support with 3 x a week 1 on 1 private classes;
